All establishments undergoing the plan review process must be inspected and approved by this Department prior to operation. Most food service operations are required to have a certified food manager before opening. Please note that plan review submittal instructions are included with the fee information of each category listed. Printed copies of materials can be picked up at our main health department location at 43525 Elizabeth Road in Mt. Clemens.
