Family Planning Program

The Family Planning Program provides reproductive health education, counseling and information about contraceptive methods and management, including abstinence.  The program also offers pregnancy testing, pelvic and breast exams for women, reproductive health exams for men and birth control supplies.  Costs are charged on a sliding fee structure. We also accept Medicaid, Healthy Michigan Plan, and some commercial insurances. If you have lost your insurance, you can still receive services and the cost will be based on your household income and household size, using a sliding fee scale. Uninsured? We accept Plan First Insurance. Learn More.
