Seasonal Influenza Vaccine 2019-2020 Clinic Schedules

The CDC recommends that all persons ages 6 months and older receive a yearly flu vaccination. Please call our Flu Vaccine Hotline: 586-466-7923 for more information.

Note: For the 2019-2020 flu season, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends vaccination for everyone 6 months and older with any licensed, age-appropriate flu vaccine: Flu shot (inactivated influenza vaccine or IIV),  Nasal Spray Flu vaccine (live attenuated influenza vaccine or LAIV) or the Recombinant influenza vaccine (RIV).

Central Health Service Center (Mt. Clemens)

Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

*Friday: Open on 3rd Fridays of the month from 11:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. 

Southwest Service Center (Warren)

The Immunization Clinic at the Southwest Health Center will be closed on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, 1/30/2020. Our Mt. Clemens location remains open with hours from 8:30-6:30. We apologize for any inconvenience.
